MOLD DESIGN & REPAIR RPP works hand-in-hand with some of the finest international, domestic, and regional mold manufacturers in the industry. Our years of experience in working with these molders assures you the optimum mold design is incorporated in the manufacture of your parts. With our own extensive in-house machine shop, we can also handle many aspects of minor mold repair and reconditioning… saving you valuable time and money.

PROTOTYPING Ever wanted to see (and hold) your designed part before it goes into mass production? Utilizing our own sophisticated CAD-CAM software capabilities, coupled with a tight association with various premiere model makers, we can provide you an accurate, life-size model of your part within 48 hours of design approval.

VOLUME MANUFACTURING With over 20 high volume Sandretto custom injection molding machines running round the clock, RPP can meet any and all of your product demands. Our specialty is high volume manufacturing. However, we also have a number of smaller molding machines which can handle lower volume orders in a similarly cost-effective manner.

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING Should your product or component design require sub or final assembly, RPP offers manual and automated assembly services that are both timely and cost effective. We can even provide final packing in your wholesale or retail packaging media, saving you internal labor costs and speeding your time to market.

SHIPPING, WAREHOUSING & INVENTORY CONTROL Because we run a three-shift operation, RPP can deliver most any quantity of product on a consistent on-time basis. We can also meet your unexpected demands, as well as custom deliver special requirements such as JIT and Kan Ban. For select customers, we also hold stocks of high volume parts in the event they are required in an emergency “quick-turn” basis.
